By accessing or using SocialRum (the "Service"), operated by Uptrent Media ("SocialRum," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SocialRum is an AI-powered content platform for YouTube and Instagram creators, offering trend discovery, competitor analysis, personalized AI script generation, video editing, and content/SEO optimization tools. SocialRum is currently in beta — features, availability, and pricing may change as the platform develops.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use SocialRum to: violate any applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights); upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing; attempt to gain unauthorized access to SocialRum's systems or other users' accounts; or scrape, resell, or misuse the Service beyond its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to or create using SocialRum (including scripts, topics, and preferences). By using the Service, you grant SocialRum a limited license to store, process, and use that content solely to provide and improve the Service on your behalf.

SocialRum uses third-party AI models to generate scripts and other content suggestions. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require review before use. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing it.

SocialRum's trend discovery and competitor analysis features reference publicly available data from third-party platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. SocialRum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, Meta, or Google.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SocialRum if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

SocialRum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content generated will achieve specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialRum and Uptrent Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SocialRum after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
